What is the Rewards Club?
The LochNess Links Rewards Club is a loyalty program designed to thank you for choosing LochNess Links and Swing Restaurant by issuing points back to you for every dollar you spend with us. These points can be redeemed for green fees, gift certificates and so much more.  Click here to see the Rewards Redemption Schedule for many other great options.

How do I sign up for the Rewards Club?
You can become a Rewards Club member by filling out the on-line registration form.  Once the form is submitted your points account will be immediately created for you. If you do not have access to a computer or an email address you may sign up in the Golf Shop.
 
How much does the program cost?
The LochNess Links Rewards Club is FREE to all participants. Simply sign up for the program by filling out an application in person, online or over the phone.

How do I earn Rewards Points, are there any exclusions?
Reward Points are earned for every dollar you spend at LochNess Links on Green Fees, Cart Rentals, Pro Shop Merchandise and Equipment, Food & Beverage and club services. $1= 1 Point.  Rewards Club Points are not issued on tournaments, special events, sales tax, gratuities, deposits or membership dues.

How will I know how many Rewards Points I have?
You can request a Rewards Points balance at anytime from a staff representative. A Rewards Points balance will also be printed on your receipt every time you make a purchase at LochNess Links or Swing Restaurant. 

How do I redeem my Rewards Points?
Your Rewards Points can be redeemed at anytime.  Visit the Pro Shop and select a reward redemption item from the schedule.  Rewards will automatically be deducted from your account and applied to the sale. Rewards Points can only be redeemed for items on the redemption sheet.

Do my Rewards Points expire?
No. Accumulated Rewards Points do not expire and can be accrued as long as you are a participant in the Rewards Club.

Can I use my Rewards Points as payment?
No. Rewards Points cannot be used as payment; they can only be redeemed for those items on the redemption sheet. Gift Certificates earned through the Rewards Club cannot be applied to Member Club Accounts.

Terms and Conditions

• Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed for items included on the redemption sheet.
• Once redeemed, reward selections are final, no exchanges or returns are available.
• Rewards Club points are not issued on tournament entry fees, special events, sales tax, gratuities, deposits, membership dues, club services or group outings greater than 12 Golfers (ask about bonus points for hosting a larger outing)
• Rewards Points are non-transferable.
• The earning of Rewards Points constitutes enrolment and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Rewards Club.
• In order to earn Rewards Points the customer's name must be given at the time of purchase. Personal Identification may be requested by LochNess Links and Swing Restaurant employees when Rewards Points are earned /redeemed to verify the identity of the program Participant.
• LochNess Links reserves the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of unavailability of any reward for any reason.
• Some reward redemption items may be subject to limited quantities.
• LochNess Links reserves the right to add, delete or change any of the rules, conditions, benefits and any other aspect of the rewards program at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
• LochNess Links reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Club at anytime by providing three months advance written notice of the termination date to all program participants. Any such notice will be mailed to Participants at the address provided at the time of enrolment. Participants are responsible to notify LochNess Links of any change in address. Rewards will be terminated on the termination date and all unused Rewards Points will be cancelled.
• Rewards Points can be earned at Swing Restaurant and LochNess Links.
