Inclement Weather Policy

Rain Checks will be issued in the event of poor weather conditions or extreme circumstances.

  1. Any individual/group that has played less than 9 holes will receive an 18 Hole Rain Check
  2. Any individual/group that has played more than 9 holes will receive a 9 Hole Rain Check
  3. Any individual/group that has played more than 16 holes will receive NO Rain Check

Rain Checks are printed for a dollar amount representing the percentage paid and can be applied at a future date on a future green fee. Rain checks are awarded based on a golfers playing position at the time of the event. Turn time guidelines are consulted before issuing rain checks to verify the golfers position at the time of the event.

Pace of Play Policy

All golfers are asked to play the tees that are appropriate for their ability and keep pace with the group in front of them. Course marshals will use the Acceptable Turn Time Guideline (below) to determine if a group is out of position.  Groups out of position will be asked to speed up play and catch the group in front of them.  If the  group has not returned to position after two holes of play, the group must pick up their balls and move to the proper position.  If the group remains consistently out of position they may be removed from the golf course.  Course marshals are empowered to execute the pace of play policy, failure to follow Marshall's instructions or harassment of any kind will result in the entire group being removed from the golf course without refund.
